RBSE 12th Scrutiny Form 2025: Application form for scanned copy and scrutiny of answer sheets started
The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER), Ajmer has started the online application process for obtaining scanned copies of Class 12 answer sheets and for scrutiny (re-evaluation).
Interested students can fill out the RBSE 12th Scrutiny Form through the official website bseronline.in.
An official notification has been issued by the board, outlining the rules and guidelines for the application.
If any student has objections regarding the marks obtained in the Class 12 board exams, they can apply online within the specified dates.
Additionally, the board has provided an option for rechecking specifically for the Mathematics subject. To submit an objection, students must also pay a prescribed application fee.

Note: Students can also apply for scrutiny or scanned copy of practical exams where applicable.
How to Apply
- Students must apply through the official website of Rajasthan Board via the Scrutiny 2025 link.
- A self-attested ID proof must be uploaded while applying.
- The application form can be submitted online either through nearest e-Mitra centers or individually.
- While applying, it is mandatory to correctly select the subject, theory/practical in the given columns. No changes will be allowed once the application is submitted.
- A student can apply for one or more/all subjects, but only one attempt is allowed—so all desired subjects must be selected in one application.
Errors Eligible for Scrutiny
- Mistake in the total of marks in the answer sheet
- Difference in inner-outer totaling (craze checking)
- Missing marks for any answered question
- Discrepancy between marks on the mark sheet and the answer sheet
Downloading Scanned Answer Sheet Copy
- All applications received by the deadline will be registered and processed.
- The registration number and applied subjects will be sent via SMS to the student’s mobile number.
- The result of scrutiny and scanned answer copies will be uploaded daily on the website after the process is complete.
- Students can view, download, or print their answer sheets online.
- Password for accessing the scanned copy will be sent via SMS.
Important Instructions
- Students must enter their correct mobile number and email ID while applying.
- The student will be solely responsible for any issues due to incorrect contact details.
